The Story of Our Table

At first we thought we wouldn't understand each other,
but then we dovetailed,
someone drew,
someone translated,
then we all made sense.

In my country it is hard to be a woman,
so I just want to listen.
It's too hard to think about the past
but the future – I'd like to be a fashion maker,
I want to be a successful person in this place.

You can use your past to build your future,
but not to dwell there.
